The Mill Creek Waterfalls are located Near the intersections of Warner Rd, Turney Rd, and Broadway ave. in Cleveland Just north of Garfield Heights. ***** The falls played a vital part in the city of Newburgh which at one point was larger than Cleveland. Settlers came to Newburgh because of the higher elevation than curent Downtown Cleveland.
